How can I place an order?
Answer: Consumers seeking products for individual use can order direct from our website. If ordering online, simply add items to your cart and complete the checkout process. Upon order confirmation an account will be automatically created for you.
Can I order your products outside the United States?
Answer: Unfortunately we are currently only shipping in the United States. You are responsible to ensure it is legal to ship our products to your State. Buy purchasing from our store you agree to defend and hold us harmless.
Can orders be modified after they are placed?
Answer: Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible so please contact us immediately after placing your order if you have changed your mind. If we can catch your order before it goes out, we may be able to change or cancel it.
How can I track my order?
Answer: A shipment confirmation email containing tracking info will be sent to you when your order ships. Once you receive your tracking number you can track your shipment online. If you need assistance, our customer care team will be happy to assist you with tracking your order.
My cigars don't seem to be aging any faster?
Answer: Ensure your InstaAge is hyper-hydrated and fully sealed. Rotate your cigars often. Consistently move ones from the bottom to the top at least 2x per week.
I see mold?!?!?
Answer: When all is perfectly done PLUME/BLOOM should appear on each cigar (which signifies it's aging). When ready to smoke, simply wipe off the PLUME/BLOOM and enjoy your delicious InstaAged cigar. WELL DONE!!
If you see GREEN, WHITE, or OTHER COLOR spores or mold. DO NOT SMOKE. Mold can be dangerous. Toss the cigar and start again.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
Answer: If you received a tracking number and you have not received your order after 12-15 business days (ASTRO) or 75-85 days (ACE), or if you have questions about your order, please contact our customer service with subject "ORDER NOT RECEIVED - InstaAge" at firstname.lastname@example.org.
